Is Sweet Potatoe Creme Brulee for dessert or can this be considered part of the main course? I found the recipe and I am not sure - I have made sweet potatoe au gratin, but never the creme brulee. I am not a sweet potatoe fan, but my family is. Please let me hear your opinions - ideas. Thank you.
