        <content>In todays' San Francisco Chronicle there is a very interesting article about the controversie over soy sauce labeling.  This case reminds of some American company trademarking the term "basmati" rice and now the original Indain grower can't even use that term...

      <content>its more confusing than even that.  Apparenly the
shoyu and tamari names were switched around for a
time in the us due to a marketing issue, and some
brewed sauces are processed with hexane.
