I am looking for a commercial quality ice cream freezer for my tiny (24 seats)restaurant. I have about $1,000 to spend. Any suggestions....I know all about Taylor, Coldelite, and that ridiculous PacoJet etc but what about some of theses smaller units from companies like Lussino or Simac. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

We bought the Lussino as a gift for my father-in-law for home use a couple years ago. It is amazingly easy to use, fast, and makes excellent ice creams and sorbets. It doesn't make very much at a time, which might be a problem in a restaurant. The most we've run it is 3-4 batches in one day (what can I say, we like our ice cream) which it did beautifully. Thank you.
