Pho in Gastronomica Magazine

There's a nice article about pho (with a highly involved, authentic-sounding recipe) in this quarter's issue of Gastronomica.

I just started subscribing to this gorgeous and largely very well-written 'journal of food and culture', and so far I'm very pleased with it. Anyone else get it?

    1. I'll have to look for this issue - love Pho.

      How did you order it? I tried to order it from the card in the magazine once (called the number as opposed to sending in the card) and the person on the phone almost had never heard of the magazine and didn't know how to take my order - so I gave up and have never ordered it.

        Many Barnes and Noble bookstore magazine sections seem to have Gastronomica.

      2. Hmmm - I went and did a quick look through the current issue (in my news stand - winter 2011 with big gold pig head on cover) and didn't see the Pho article.

        Did I miss it or did the quarter just change and it was in Fall? Hmmmm - I was in a hurry.
