Last night my wife made an accidentally too large batch of teriyaki chicken. Much more than we could possibly eat. I know I can just reheat it, or cut it up and put it on pizza, but I'm wondering if anyone else has any suggestions?
I think it would be good to chop up the chicken and make either hot or cold tortialla wrap sandwiches, adding some letteuce and avocado, and maybe even some jalapenos for a nice kick! If theres still more left freeze the rest for future quick meals!
