ben and jerry's ice cream
Is it my imagination or has the quality of Ben and Jerry's ice cream drastically gone down? I swear that all their ice creams seem lighter, i.e. more air whipped in. Is this the case or am I wrong? I also remember that many years ago when I first started buying Ben and Jerry's the only ingredients were egg yolks, sugar, cream, milk and flavoring. Now they have added guar gums, lecithen and tons of other additives. Why oh why does this need to happen?
