Red Corn and Corn Ice Cream

After reading the recent corn-related discussions, I thought I'd post a link to an article in the today's San Francisco Chronicle Sunday Magazine: "When the Corn is High." It touches on the issue of super-sweet corn vs. corn with more "characteristic corn flavor"; red corn; and even corn ice cream!
Now I have to find me some of that red corn!
