"Foods of the Greek Islands"
Sorry to keep bombarding this board with posts, but Corby Kummer has posted another great article on The Atlantic Monthly's Food site -- this time a discussion (with recipes) of Aglaia Kremezi's "The Foods of the Greek Islands." I think he also recommended this book in his article in the Holiday Books Issue in the New York Times a couple of weeks back.
The food sounds just wonderful. I'm adding this to my wish list.
