Heard about this web site on Arthur Schwartz's radio show today, looks like its got a lot of really cool chowhoundy type places in its database form all across the USA. Its put together by Jane and Michael Stern, who write a monthy column for Gourmet Magazine. They're kinda like Tim and Nina Zagat but they specialize in highway food. I can't see why they havent dropped dead of heart disease yet, but more power to them!

Some serious mouthwatering pictures of road food here include mouth watering lobster rolls from The Clam Shack in Kennebunkport, Maine and the "Steamed Cheeseburger" at Ted's in Meridien, CT. This is not to be confused with a "steam grilled" white castle, this thing is a sight to behold. I -MUST- make my way up there!

Wonderful sight! I love the Sterns and would love to do a "Roadfood Tour"! Thanks again!
