Non-Alcoholic Wines - Any Good Ones?
I'm having my sister and father over for Christmas dinner and my dad cannot (should not) drink alcohol. Since I don't want to make an issue of it by withholding the booze from him while pouring for the the rest of us, I figure we can all deal with drinking a non-alcoholic wine for one evening of our lives. That is, if I can find one that comes close to good wine in taste. I'd like to find a dry white and a hearty red and I don't know where to begin looking. Does anyone have any brand-name/retailer advice for me? (I live in the East 86th St. area.)
I have not tried any of these non-alcohol wines so I can't say if any is good or not. Check with your liquor store to see if any of these are available.
