He's a beginner cook and pressure cooker cook. We eat a veriety of cuisines and will probably use the book for weekday, quick, one-pot dinners. Any recommendations? It's a very good basic book with lots of tips about cooking different foods, i.e., beans, meat, stocks, etc. I've had it for quite a while so I don't know its print/out of print status.
