Help! Quick baking question

I was hoping to bake my biscotti tomorrow morning and just realized that I don't have parchment paper.
The recipe calls for - and I usually do - put my logs of dough on parchment paper on a baking sheet.

Can I use waxed paper? Should I just oil the baking sheet and not use any paper? I don't have time to go out and buy parchment.

Thanks for any help!

Don't use wax paper...funky things can happen. Instead, grease the sheet well on the first baking to prevent sticking. Then, bake the sliced biscotti right on the rack. You may have to lessen the second bake time, as two sides will be exposed to air and evaporation, but it will work fine.
