      <content>Not sure of recipes but more than a few people agree that juicing is a great way to clear toxins. Beet juice for the liver, vile tasting but works great. Garlic juice (talk about strong) mixed with cabbage juice is great for your immune system. Carrot Apple juice is great to clear out free radicals. Apple lemon juice is good too. Red grape and berries (black and/or blue) also are blood purifiers. </content>

      <content>Cilantro is great for chelating mercury. Cilantro pesto or sauce on everything!

      <content>And if you really like cilantro, as I do, make a "pesto" that isn't ground up. I take a couple of bunches of cilantro, and toss that will extra-virgin olive oil, pine nuts (or walnuts), shreds of parmigiano-reggiano or pecorino romano cheese and lots of garlic. Salt and pepper......it's a pungent and wonderful salad (and my family thinks I'm nuts as they all hate cilantro!).</content>
