Does anyone have a good recipe for a cake that tastes like a snickers bar? It's for a pretty fancy event but the guest of honor loves Snickers.

Thanks in advance!

I've never seen a recipe for a Snickers cake, just a Snickers pie. I also read recently that each slice of Snickers pie has approximately 12,500 calories, the most caloric thing you can eat in the American diet. Following closely behind is Outback's *bloomin' onion*....*sigh*

*gulp* I used to make that Snickers Pie a long time ago. It's really quite lethal stuff...but in a good way...or maybe not! :)

Jeffrey Steingarten had a recipe for a milky way cake in his first book, you could probably substitute the milky ways with Snickers.

Philadelphia's White Dog Cafe serves a "Milk Chocolate Mousse Pie in a Chocolate Cookie Crust" which includes a layer of peanut caramel. It is to die for, and can actually look quite elegant. I haven't tried the make it yet because the process is long, but their cookbook does include the recipe.
