Has anyone heard what the status of the planned renovation of this Marshall restaurant might be?

I haven't seen anything about it in at least a year.

Do a search at sfgate.com as they covered it in December or January. They finally got a permit from the California Coastal Commission, something many people thought was impossible.

I did a google search a while back and found a web site and articles in a Marin paper from a group that is still trying to stop it, concerned that it will bring big city crowds and noise to their quiet coast.

There is also info about this on Pat Kuleto's own web site - again, google should lead you there. I emailed months ago asking if they were looking for investors and never received a response.
