Help...Need easy recipe ideas for 150 people

  • d

Am planning a volunteer appreciation outdoor evening. We want to serve food that doesn't need to be grilled. Any food or recipe ideas that are easy that could be made to feed 100 to 150 people would be greatly appreciated I have a 60" commercial stove with 10 gas burners. Thanks for any help you can give me. The event will take place in a garden at the end of May.

  1. You may have utensil problems to feed that many. We did a dinner for about 100 several years ago with limited utensils, and served a beef burgundy. You can also do stroganoff. You only need noodles and a green veg to complete the menu. The dish keeps well, and can be prepared the day ahead.

    1. Chili and cornbread.

You only need one plate (bowl), spoons and napkins.
