As a kid we would have been eating pancakes, maple syrup and sausages for dinner for dinner but my DH objects to breakfast for dinner and since we count carbs it would be a bad idea all way 'round. So I have maques choux simmerng away with some hoarded tasso, and have made up my spice mix for Paul Prudhomme's BBQ Shrimp and will put together a nice salad and maybe have a comparison of Lindt Excellence vs. Sharffen Berger in the continuing quest on dark chocolate.

What is on your menu or is your family tradition for this day?
