        <content>The executive chef, Philip Wang, at the Hilltop Dining Room at the new Carneros Inn has the kind of resume that will make foodies weep - Daniel, Rubicon, Charlie Trotter, and most recently, Boston's Truc.  For a chowhound viewpoint, last night while noshing on Hama-ko's sushi, I had the chance to ask ex-SF, now Boston dedicated eater, Limster, what he thought of Wang's cuisine.  The Limster got very animated describing more than one memorable meal at Truc.  At least two of the dishes he mentioned - lobster stuffed monkfish wrapped in bacon and grilled pork chop with black pepper are included on the dinner menu linked below.
 
Have any 'hounds tried out Wang in his new home yet?
