        <content>help me make piccata tonight- i have some haddock fillets and i bought white wine, parsley, capers, evoo, and a lemon.   should i add garlic too?  how much of each ingrediant?</content>

      <content>Haddock piccata!! Hmmmm - sounds good. Haddock would not be tradional, but I guess you know that..
 
chicken, turkey or veal Piccata would not call for garlic. There are a zillion recipes on Foodnetwork or Epicurious --  You would dredge in flour and brown the fillets -- make sure you add your fillets to the sauce for a short time or they will get soggy and/or fall apart</content>
