I'm having a hard time finding whole wheat pastry flour in my area. I'm sure I could order it online from King Arthur or other places. But is it possible to make it myself by grinding whole wheat flour in the food processor? Any other possible substitutions?

Thanks...

The food processor cuts, rather than crushes as a stone or grain mill does. You'd need to buy a home milling appliance (which folks have who want freshly milled flour -- the theory being that flour over 6 weeks old is "dead", et cet.)
