As requested from general topics

In a small bowl combine 3/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1 tblsp brown sugar, 1 crushed garlic clove, a couple of shots of hot sauce to taste, 1/2 tblsp beer, 2 tblsp soy sauce, and 1 tblsp. worcestershire sauce. Add to 1 lb meat sliced 3/16-1/4 inch thick... I use top sirloin- fat removed. Marinate in the fridge overnight. Dry at 140F - 160F until the moist spots are gone and meats cracks when bent but does not break. For me it took about 5 hours. Enjoy!
