'tisn't Chinatown, but I went to Bay Fung Tong with a coworker who ordered the special Bay Fung Tong Crab ($14). Delicious. Seemed to be steamed, lightly deep fried, and served over a minced mixture of pork, black beans, and garlic.
Just N of 19th and Franklin.

We had great salt and pepper crab, lightly fried with black beans at Legendary Palace (on Franklin). Yum.
