Link to Bialetti site below. They make great coffee. I do love my 4 and 12 cup Moka Express coffeemakers in aluminum, but if I were buying one for the first time I would spring for the more expensive stainess model because it is easier to clean - can go in the dishwasher - than the aluminum. The aluminum tends to get gunky. And find a kitchen supply store that stocks the rubber gaskets, they need replacing fairly often.

The Mukka Express apparently steams milk too and was discussed a few weeks ago on this board.

Bialetti is the way to go. One note: the instructions say that you do not wash the espresso maker with sopa. Just rinse with water. I suppose it "seasons" the maker. I always just rinsed mine with water - no soap.
