I have a tea to cater (for my stepmom) next Sunday. I need to do mini scones for about 50 people. Is there any way to make frozen dough??

Your best bet is probably to bake them ahead (underbake, of course) and reheat in the oven. Or make drop biscuits and freeze on the cookie sheet, unbaked.

I've made the scones and cut them, then frozen them unbaked. Baked them from frozen, a little longer and they came out perfectly.
