Orange Cheesecake Question
I made some candied orange last night and plan to use it in a cheesecake.
However, I'm wondering whether I should glaze the cheesecake, maybe with an orange glaze?
I've never glazed a cheesecake and want to if ya'll have any suggestions or advice.
i typically like to put a layer of sour cream on top of the cheesecake. but a tangy fruit glaze works well too. I've done one with orange marmalade and cointreau. the crust had zest in it and the cheesecake itself, just a couple of drops of orange oil.
my vote, go ahead and glaze it, girl :) keep it thin. it should look quite good.
