Fun with Rice Cookers

We got a fuzzy logic rice cooker as a wedding gift and I'm so excited to start experimenting with its versatility-- my sister-in-law, who gave it to us, uses it for steaming vegetables, cooking grains, making oatmeal, etc...
Does anyone have some suggestions on interesting things I could cook with it?
google around a little, there's a cookbook out there devoted to the subject, have seen recipes for spaghetti, pancakes, a cake.
I opted for a Tatung with removable stainless cooking pot, allows cooking with acidic stuff I wouldn't want in aluminum.
I used mine a few times for cooking an herbal script from the Chinese pharmacy.
