puff pastry
i thawed some puff pastry a while ago and ended up only using one the sheets in the box. i put the unused puff pastry back in the freezer. will it be ok to use this even if it has already thawed once? thanks!

Yes, it'll be no problem, although it's better to keep it consistently cold (even if not frozen, it can still be cold).
