ISO very TNT Madeleines recipe

A friend and I are planning on making these on Saturday afternoon to bring to a quilting class.

From what I can read, madeleines seem to be hard to bake, so I would really appreciate a TNT recipe and any advice you can provide on successfully making them.

TIA!!!

Louise

I always use the recipe in JC's "The Way to Cook" - and recommend it if you have access to it.

Thanks for the info! I don't have the book you refer to... so would you mind posting (or sending to my email address)? Thanks!

What does "TNT" mean? I assume not time-"N"-tensive.

            I assumed "tried 'n' true".

That's right! (could also mean Tested and Tasty, I guess) :-)

                TNT, conveniently, also means Dy-NO-mite!
