Freezing leftover pie?
I bought the most delicious strawberry-rhubarb pie from the P&H Truckstop in Wells River, VT (go, now!) but don't want to finish it all now. Is it freezable? It is still in its plastic clam-case but 1/4 of the pie is missing. Would I wrap the entire thing in alum. foil? Remove the pie from the case, etc? Any advice would be appreciated.
