Using a bundt recipe for cupcakes...Candy, can you answer this question?

  • n

Candy's wonderful report and photo made me want to bake chocolate cupcakes with pink buttercream frosting for an office function Monday. My bundt pan is out of my kitchen on loan, plus frosting and sprinkles make every office tea more cheery.

Candy, do you think your recipe would translate well into cupcakes?

Have others tried this in general and found any problems that I should consider? Or does anyone have a recipe for a fluffy chocolate cupcake? The puffier the better.

  1. You could do that , fill the cup cake papers about 2/3 full and I am not sure how long you would bake them, I guess just keep testing until a tester or toothpick comesout clean. Being poundcake this is a very dense cake, think brownies. A whole cup cake may be too rich for one person.
