I'd like to bake a potato gratin on my gas grill because my oven is already taken with another dish. Is it okay to put a glass 13 by 9 pan on the grill at medium heat? I normally cook this dish for an hour. Do I need to adjust the time? Thanks for your help

  1. No, don't do it. I'm seeing broken, cracked glass. An aluminum pan would work or even aluminum foil.

    1. Do. Not. Do. That.

      Ever.

Glass is not tempered to take a direct flame.
