to grill or smoke

Hey grillmasters and bbq hounds, I have a top round steak of about 2lbs and my question is can I marinate it and grill (a.k.a. london broil) or can I smoke it in a barrel smoker like a brisket?

    grill mediun rare at most and slice as thin as possible.
    marinate and rub as you please.

    1. agree with byrd. grill it until medium rare, then slice as thinly as possible. smoke it and you'll have a great tasting brick.
