I like to make a lot of blended vegetable soups. I like to put celery in but the celery fiber strings get stuck inside and are difficult to strain out. I saw at Williams-Sonoma they sell a chonois cap with stand adn a wooden Pestle. It is 8 diamieter and 81/2 height. They sell them together as a set for $84.00 in the catalogue. The chinois cap on its own is $65.00. Can I get a better deal on the whole set with the pestle and stand somewhere else? How does the quality compare with places such as Surfas, cooking.com, etc??
