I am looking for suggestions for cookbooks for people with diabetes. Any help would be appreciated.
The Complete Quick and Hearty Diabetic Cookbook is published by the American Diabetes Association. This is a start-to-finish, all-in-one diabetic cookbook! Choose from more than 250 fast, low-fat recipes with old-fashioned great taste. Every meal of the day is covered, including recipes for appetizers, soups, salads, main dishes, side dishes, and desserts.
The Mayo Clinic Cookbooks, there are 2, are low fat, high protein, high fiber cookbooks that work for people with a range of health concerns, and also work for people in the later stages of low carb diets, as most starches are whole grain.
