I am looking for suggestions for cookbooks for people with diabetes. Any help would be appreciated.

      The Mayo Clinic Cookbooks, there are 2, are low fat, high protein, high fiber cookbooks that work for people with a range of health concerns, and also work for people in the later stages of low carb diets, as most starches are whole grain.
