Powdered Egg Substitute? Where can I find it?

Hiya again,

Before I go off, wanted to ask real quick ... do any of you know where you can buy powdered egg substitute?

I know there are powdered eggs whites, all though I don't know where to find them either, but do they make the 'whole egg' powder, or just egg white powder?

Websites? Stores where they carry it?

Thanks a bunch!
Dee

Wow ... thanks a bunch LAmonkeygirl .. what a great site! They have lots of good stuff! Now look what you did, I'll have to go and order a few things. LOL ..

I did mean to ask about egg 'substitute' powder, not the 'real' thing. Know where I can find that?

      Thanks!
      Dee

OOPS! What I meant to ask about is a powdered egg SUBSTITUTE ... not real egg powder.

BUT ... I'm also glad to have found the powdered eggs also.

i've heard you can use 2 T cornstarch mixed with 2 T water. i've also seen ener-g egg replacer in health food stores, but no major chains.
