        Fear not, Ronin. These are the same people that spend $350 on the get rich quick by buying real estate scheme. P. T. Barnum was probably America's most profound phiosopher.

      2. Wave of the future?? No back to the past.

        There are a number of hotels that tried the old cryovac cooking products back in the 80's and '90s ... until they found out that the customers would not pay top dollar for reheated food prepared by people with few culinary skills.

          Did you read the article? I think Thomas Kellar and his ilk might have a different idea.
