i need a recipe that is simple on how to make baked sole. please HELP!!!
Pretty simple. Put sole in a baking dish with some butter and bake...time depends upon size of sole. Don't overcook. You might try broiling...maybe 5 minutes.
I make this using ingredients at the salad bar...saute baby spinach with chopped mushrooms, scallions, minced garlic and a few chopped raw shrimp. Take Ritz crackers and crumble up about 3/4 of a sleeve and mix with melted butter. Add some of the cracker mix to the spinach and then I use this as stuffing for the fish. I usually roll up the fillets around the stuffing. Add more crumbs on top and sprinkle with Hungarian paprika, white wine and bake until fish is opaque. My kids love this and it is easy and very fast.
