Asian Appetizer night update

So... a few nights later than I said I was going to do it, but I had Asian Appetizer night last night with my boyfriend! I made pork/ shrimp dumplings, a beef satay recipe with a butter sauce from Wolfgang, and bacon wrapped shrimp with a soy marinade in lettuce cups. The beef satay were by far the best... I could have drank the dipping sauce! My dumplings weren't as good as usual, but I attribute that to not being able to find the lid to my pan to properly steam them! It was a little hectic, even though I tried to keep it simpler, but I am, after all, the slowest cook in the world! All in all, it was a fun dinner and all very good and so am looking forward to my lunch today! Thank you for all your ideas and I look forward to trying some of yours!

Here it is! We didn't strain the sauce and it was just fine.
