(fruits in )mostarda di cremona AND stuffed lotus root recipes?
OK. Two things.
First, bought a jar of fruits preserved in Mostarda di Cremona. I've been told there are recipes, primarily dessert ones, for this. Any suggestions?
Second, years ago I had a sweet in Suzhou, it was a lotus root, stuffed with what seemed to be a sweet red bean paste, then I think steamed, cooled and sliced thin. Does anyone have a definitive recipe for this?
