        <content>I bought a Buffalo sirloin on Sunday and dropped it in some tuperware with an Asian marinade.  Can I cook it tomorrow (four days later) without poisoning anyone? </content>

      <content>Yes, it will bve fine. Cook it up. I just grilled sausages I bought on Sunday. They are fine and they would  be more likely to go off than your steak.</content>

      <content>  No, you won't kill anyone. And if the marinade is in anyway acidic, you will have denatured every protein molecule in that meat and it will have the mouth feel of Gerber's peas.</content>
