My local Price Chopper has outside round roasts at a good price.
I do not know that cut of beef. Can you please give me ideas/recipes please? Ideally, the meat should cook in the slow cooker, as it is very hot here in Toronto. TIA!

Hi! I bought a few of those Round Roasts on sale from Price Choppers, but they gave my family diarrhea! Twice! So I don't know what to do with the other ones (they are frozen). I'm afraid to try again! Did anything happen to you?
P.S. Round Roasts are best slow cooked in a pot with a bit of water and no lid :-)
