Dutch Oven Cooking: Cornbread Success!

It's official. Freshly made baked goods will now be available on camping trips.

I modified the recipe linked below (less sugar, equal parts corn to flour, and half canola oil, as I ran out of butter), and followed the cooking instructions exactly as written. The tips on the website below are particularly helpful, with information on coal placement ratios, turning techniques, and timing for different dishes.

Next up, peach cobbler.
