What did I just make?

I had a hankering for some chocolate. I'm trying to keep it out of my house right now but alas...
I took about 1/2 a cup of Ghiradelli cocoa mix, 3 tablespoons of lowfat sour cream, tablespoons or two of milk and one beaten egg, mixed and microwaved for a total of 2 minutes. The outside is sorta souffle-y, the middle is like a molten cake. What in the world did I do? Is there a name for this yummy mess? I don't think I've ever seen sour cream and egg in a flourless chocolate torte - or am i looking at the wrong recipes?
Sounds like stoner delight to me ; )
I've seen sour cream in chocolate layer cake recipes, but not in flourless ones. But who cares, as long as it tastes good?
Chocolate custard cream?
I had the same hankering this morning - so melted 25g valrohna bittersweet chocolate with a teaspoon of thick cream and half a cup of milk. Heated till bubbling and thick and then served in a shallow tea cup and dipped a pain au chocolate in.
Rich, ultra chocolatey and completely delicious - I can't believe I haven tried that before - thats my fix sorted for a wee while :-)
