Steakhouse style blue chees dressings

Any great recipes to share? I am specifically hoping to do one like the Palm, which I think may just be a nice vinaigrette with tons of blue cheese crumbled on top, but open to other options.

  1. Here is a rather simple method that will give you a different but very good bleu cheese dressing:

    Make a nice vinaigrette yourself or buy a good quality one (I like Newman's Balsamic Vinaigrette). Pour it into a blender and add a few tablespoons of roquefort or your favorite bleu cheese. Blend everything together and you will have a lightly creamy, bright and zezty bleu cheese vinaigrette.

    This is tremendous on sliced tomatoes as well.
