deep fried pork
I have deep fried a pork loin (not tenderloin) with great success in my turkey frier. I do not have the recipe with me as I am at the office. However , from memory I rubbed it with Season All ( or something similar ) and injected it as I would a turkey ( Cajun butter ) and deep fried it at 350 degrees (in peanut oil) for longer than a turkey per lb, somewhere around 4-5 minutes per lb. It will come out looking very dark, and as one of my friends described "looking like a dog t*rd" Sorry about that, but you need to know! However,it was very juicy and delicious, so give it a try.
