      <content>I haven't had a chance to make it yet, but Carb Lover's pho recipe looks mighty good.

      <content>Not to diss my mom since her pho bo is the best in my mind :-), but Andrea Nguyen also has what looks like a good recipe on her website (see link). 
 
Compared to other recipes, my mom's broth tends to be on the lighter, less fatty side. For a richer broth, you can add more oxtails and/or beef tendons. Might also want to add more spices (star anise, cloves, ginger) to balance.
