What to do with Raw Tahini?
Accidentally bought raw tahini vs. roasted and have no idea what to do with it all. Does anyone have any good recipes that raw tahini will work well in? Thanks in advance.
It makes a very nice salad dressing with some lemon juice. It's a little 'fatter' tasting than roasted, to my tongue.
I use tahini all the time to make baba ghanoush and hummus. The can of tahini doesn't say anything about whether it's cooked or raw, so I can't help you there. It's kind of an unappetizing beige color and comes from a company called Joyva in Brooklyn, NY.
