Oatmeal/Choc. Chunk/Toffee/Cherry Cookies

Many thanks to the Chowhound who linked this recipe back in the winter. I made the cookies for a potluck dinner, and several people asked for the recipe. The next time I make them I *may* cut back just a tad on the toffee.

At any rate, I just wanted to say "Thanks!" and since I couldn't find the original thread, I am re-posting the link for the cookies.

    I make these all the time. But usually I substitute cocoa nibs for the toffee. It's a more "grown-up" cookie that way. I also chill the rolled dough before baking it, so it holds its shape. They are fantastic!
