      <content>Nick Malgieri is a well-known cookbook author. He's written single subject books on chocolate, cookies, and cakes and a general book called "How to Bake." He's appeared on Martha Stewart's and Sarah Moulton's shows. I'm not sure, but I think he was one of the bakers featured on "Baking with Julia". He's a pretty big deal. </content>
