Cooking crab question

I want to make roast crab for Easter Sunday lunch, but given that I have church commitments in the morning, I won't have time to boil the crabs like I normally do before roasting them. Is it bad to do the boiling portion the night before? I'm just worried the crabmeat will dry out.

  1. I dont have a clue, but what are roast crabs? Can you point me to a link?

    1. I don't think you will have a problem if you parboil the crabs and refrigerate overnight. I wouldn't fully cook them however...roasting might be too much on top of boiling.
